Introduction
You must adhere to these terms and conditions in order to use any services offered by interior design firm MYOHE. You agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions by using our services.
Services
Scope of Services: MYOHE provides expert interior design services, such as project management, installation, space planning, idea development, material selection, and furniture procurement.
Client Responsibilities: Under the terms of the project contract, it is your duty as the client to provide correct and timely information, all required approvals, access to the premises, and timely payments.
Project Contract
Agreement: MYOHE and the client will create a thorough project contract defining the project’s scope, deliverables, deadlines, costs, and any other special conditions. Any prior agreements and understandings are superseded by this document.
Modifications: MYOHE and the client must both agree in writing on any changes to the project contract.
Fees and Payments
Fee Structure: The cost of MYOHE’s services is determined by the volume of work involved. The project contract will include a thorough description of the costs.
Payment Requirements: The project contract specifies the agreed-upon payment schedule, which must be followed. If payments are not made within the allotted window, MYOHE retains the right to suspend or end services.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: Unless otherwise specified in writing, MYOHE retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to design concepts, drawings, and specifications.
Usage: The customer is only permitted to use the design deliverables for the specified project. It is strictly forbidden to use, replicate, or distribute MYOHE’s intellectual property without authorization.
Confidentiality
Secret Information: Throughout the project, MYOHE and the client may exchange secret information. Both parties acknowledge that such information will be kept confidential and won’t be shared with third parties without their prior written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
MYOHE will use reasonable skill and care in the provision of services. But, save in circumstances of gross negligence or deliberate misconduct, we will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with our services.
Termination
MYOHE will use reasonable skill and care in the provision of services. But, save in circumstances of gross negligence or deliberate misconduct, we will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with our services.
Amendments
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without notice from MYOHE. Any modifications will be made known to the client in writing.
