The confidentiality and privacy of our clients are important to us at MYOHE. We are dedicated to safeguarding any personal data gathered while providing our services. We make certain that all customer data is treated with the highest caution and by applicable data protection laws. Any information provided to us will only be used to provide interior design services; it won’t be shared with anyone else without your express permission.
Payment Policy
MYOHE aspires to have a transparent and understandable payment process. Any interior design job we start requires a deposit; the remaining balance is payable when the project is finished. We accept cash, checks, and electronic bank transfers as forms of payment. All services will be covered by thorough invoices that list the scope of the job, the accompanying costs, and any additional fees. Late payments could result in fees or delay project completion.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We are aware that situations sometimes change, forcing clients to postpone or alter their interior design projects. If the project is canceled before it starts, the deposit will be returned less any non-recoverable costs paid. Any project cancellations or revisions after it has started may be charged a fee to cover previously completed work or incurred costs.
Project Timeline Policy
At MYOHE, we work hard to deliver our services on schedule and to offer realistic project schedules. Please keep in mind, though, that interior design projects can be impacted by several variables, such as customer input, material availability, and unanticipated difficulties. Project timelines will be fully communicated, and we’ll let clients know if anything needs to change along the way.
Intellectual Property Policy
MYOHE abides by copyright regulations and respects intellectual property rights. Until final payment is made, any unique drawings, concepts, or creative work produced by our team for a project will be MYOHE’s property. The client will own the finished design once payment has been made, and they are free to use it for their own or their company’s needs.
Client Collaboration Policy
We value client engagement and consider their input to be essential for the success of interior design projects. Throughout the design process, we welcome clients’ open dialogue, suggestions, and participation. Maintaining a polite and productive working environment is crucial. To prevent delays or misunderstandings, make sure that all decisions and modifications are promptly conveyed.
